About the Job
Performs administrative support duties for the Special Education and Education Services Division, including, but not limited to: answering the phones, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner, copying, filing, dissemination of information, request for interpreting services, food services, maintenance, and any other interoffice requests needed for events and meetings coordinated by the Divisions, typing letters and reports, ordering office supplies, maintaining and updating Dashboard logs, ect.... Assists with the admissions process by requesting and uploading admissions documents into secure electronic files, receiving and organizing student admission records and creating admission files. Provides technical support to teachers and educational managers regarding policies/procedures at the state and local levels, PowerSchool, and district forms. Enter shopping cart requisitions into SCEIS system.
