What we're looking for:Education Pathways Coordinator-Trades with Ember Education.
Summary The Education Pathways Coordinator is responsible for establishing partnership agreements and driving program enrollments. This role requires an understanding of the education sector and direct communication with employers to implement partnership solutions that align with the organization's goals. Primary duties involve applying creative outreach strategies to actively engage with employers and build pathways for programmatic growth.
What We Offer: The targeted starting pay range for this position is between
$100,000-$120,000 per year. Our benefits program for full-time colleagues includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as flexible spending and health savings accounts. You will accrue two to three weeks of paid vacation your first five years with eleven paid holidays. We offer state-compliant sick leave, disability insurance, and company-paid life insurance. Education and/or Experience- Associate's Degree; proven sales record, preferably in an educational setting; experience in advanced allied medical programs (e.g. Respiratory Therapy) or hospital administration. Required degree(s) must be from institutions accredited by recognized U.S. accrediting agencies. Degrees from non-U.S. institutions are recognized only if equivalence has been established and provided.
Must have experience within trades programs (e.g., HVAC-R, Electrical Technology, Maintenance Tech).
