Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Education Advocate to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers by understanding their needs, and provide effective solutions to ensure a positive customer service experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, proficient with computers, and able to remain composed under pressure.
Additionally, we offer fully paid college courses toward bachelor's and master's degrees through our three online universities. This is a unique opportunity to earn your degree while working from home.

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and place outbound calls
Identify the nature of the call, gather relevant information, and provide solutions
Refer to pre-made scripts for various customer service topics
Use best practices in customer service to build rapport and develop relationships with customers
Document all customer interactions accurately
Attend training sessions to stay updated on skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
You must be a resident of Utah. Applicants from outside Utah cannot be considered.
High school diploma or GED preferred. We have protocols for those aged 14 to 17.
Previous experience as a Call Center Representative or in a similar role is preferred
Excellent phone and verbal communication skills with a strong understanding of active listening techniques are mandatory
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
This is a remote position.
