Our client, a distinguished law firm known for excellence in eDiscovery and legal technology, is seeking a skilled and dedicated eDiscovery Paralegal to join their Sacramento team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated paralegal to grow within a collaborative and forward-thinking legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support for eDiscovery projects, including document review, organization, and analysis.
• Conduct legal research and manage discovery documents for various cases.
• Draft legal documents, assist with trial preparation, and support case management.
• Utilize advanced eDiscovery platforms and tools to streamline workflows.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in eDiscovery, with a strong grasp of EDRM practices and relational databases.
• Must reside or be willing to relocate to Sacramento, California area.
• Familiarity with California’s Business and Professions Code 6450.
• Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Pro.
• Background in labor and employment law or case management is a plus.
