EDIFI Credit Union is seeking honest, friendly, conscientious, and qualified individuals to assist our diverse membership with a variety of financial transactions, answer account inquiries, and promote our full range of financial products and services. A Day in the Life of a Member Service Representative
MSR's provide service to the membership in many areas. Examples of some of the services that you will provide are; Cash Services - withdrawals, check cashing, and deposits. Inquiry Services - balance inquiries, transaction history, payroll deposits and loan inquiries. Membership - membership eligibility and benefits inquiries. MSR's are the face of the credit union and work on the front teller line interacting closely with the membership to provide exceptional service. A professional and friendly demeanor is essential to building a positive environment for our members. You may also be required to interact with members and fellow colleagues via email and phone for the purpose of member account research or other operational needs.
Job Qualifications
Do you love working with the public? Are you professional/friendly and attentive with strong organizational and retention skills? Do you have basic mathematical sills with a high attention to detail? Do you have excellent verbal and written communication skills with basic computer knowledge (e.g. Word, Excel & Outlook Email)? Are you able to work as team in a fast paced environment? This Full Time position is approximately 35 to 40 hours per week. Rotating Saturdays are required. Flexibility is a must. Bilingual in Spanish highly desired.
Our lobby hours are: Monday through Friday: 8:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
Our Saturday hours are: 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
