Job Responsibilities: What you will do

Work with designated team to identify, design and implement solutions for extraction and integration of data to and from operational system and the data warehouse.

• Monitor and troubleshoot Extract-Transfrom-Load (ETL) and system performance, including optimization and tuning of data loads.
• Work with business users to understand and document business and technical requirements to drive design and development.
• Collaborate on the design of physical structure and implementation of database objects.
• Document and build physical database objects from table, column, index and view definitions.
• Develop scripts for the creation of the physical data warehouse tables, views and macros.
• Adhere to data security and protection policies.
• Understand job and activity schedules to promote optimal performance, maximize availability and minimize data latency and data load duration.
• Provide off hours on-call support to resolve production issues within the stated service level agreement.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications: What you need to bring

• 3+ years experience as ETL developer in data warehouse / business intelligence environment required.
• Experience across multiple systems and platforms utilizing various technologies such as ODBC, FTP, Window, Unix/Linux, and AS/400 required.
• Experience working with high volume databases with partitioned data, performance and tuning required.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Report generation
• Mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to interpret user needs and translate into system requirements.
• Ability to understand system data and to identify discrepancies
• Previous knowledge of system analytics helpful

Pay Range: $64,500.00 - $85,500.00 Annual
