Overview
Our Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Coordinator will work with our EDI platform EDI HQ, to maintain reliable communications for production, troubleshoot issues, coordinate partner onboarding and collaborate with IT and CFT. Our EDI coordinate will use EDI tools for monitoring and will be responsible for ensuring smooth transitions when changes or maintenance are required. This generally consists of tasks such as handling inbound/outbound documents, conducting auditing, handling relevant documents, and networking with partners. EDI coordinator will work extensively with information technology (IT) staff and other employees to ensure the EDI program is working as intended. Daily activities performed by EDI coordinator will include serving as the initial contact for troubleshooting inquiries, monitoring document transmissions, and identifying opportunities to improve relevant processes as well partnering with our trading partners. They perform audits to ensure quality standards are being met on a regular basis, and they are also responsible for conducting training to keep staff up to date on technology changes, processes, and procedures.

Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Coordinator Tasks:
- Owns and coordinates new trading partner onboarding activity and project management
- Work with trading partners to resolve operational issues
- Coordinate test efforts and define testing plans for all EDI implementations
- Analyze current implementations to make recommendations for improvements
- Process and monitor all inbound and outbound documents
- Coordinate with trading partners to maintain effective EDI relationships and provide support to internal departments
- Collaborate with internal and external EDI stake holders
- Work with Customer Facing team on issue resolution
- Assist in the management and prioritization of EDI project tasks and deliverables.
- Assist in implementation and documentation of EDI processes and procedures.
- Coordinate with customer services to complete all EDI functions and provide everyday support to resolve all EDI transaction issues and perform testing.

Qualifications
- 2-3 years minimum experience in related field
- College/University completion
- EDI Application (Gentran, OneEDI) knowledge is an asset
- Working experience with ERP Systems such as (SAP, Oracle, IFS, Epicor).
- Experienced with ANSI x 12 EDI standards and EDI documents (810/850/855/856/945/832,830).
- Basic knowledge of XML, and/or XPATH is desirable
- Experience with reporting tools such as SSRS, Power BI, SSRS is a nice to have
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
