Location: Remote but local to Colmar PA for training
Overview:
The EDI Coordinator, in coordination with management, is responsible for communicating with customers and partners regarding all EDI related problems or questions. Maintains customer setup information, monitors inbound and outbound document transmissions, and is also responsible for assisting other internal departments including Sales, Finance, Operations and Logistics. Assists with troubleshooting issues communicated by the customer, and develops and maintains documentation for EDI, and the various processes.

Overview:
The EDI Coordinator, in coordination with management, is responsible for communicating with customers and partners regarding all EDI related problems or questions. Assists with troubleshooting issues communicated by the customer, and develops and maintains documentation for EDI, and the various processes.
What you will be doing:
- Assist with day to day operations of all EDI and Order Processing functions.
- Ensure seamless functioning of EDI and/or Order Processing areas as needed.
- Assist with EDI projects and communicate directly with EDI Trading Partners, suppliers and customers.
- Feed and troubleshoot EDI transactions into and out of ERP system.
- Troubleshoot EDI errors and issues communicated by internal departments, customers, vendors, or EDI Trading Partners.
- Partner with internal departments, to improve the EDI integration process and data quality.
- Monitor all EDI related inbound and outbound documents.
- Interact with internal associates (Sales, Order Entry, IT, Finance, and Warehouse) as well as external business associates (Customers, vendors, trading partners and EDI software technical reps).
- Review, track and ensure timely and accurate document transmissions.
- Set up and coordinate tests with Sales, Finance, Operations, Warehouse, and any other departments needed, for onboarding of new customers or documents on EDI.
- Perform Quality Control on all setups, modifications, updates to the EDI System, or systems that control EDI information.
- Provide training on EDI Processes to internal associates.
What you bring to the team:
- Bachelor s Degree in Business Process Engineering, Project Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Supply Chain, Information Systems or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years related professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in EDI software and support including order management, inventory management and warehouse management systems.
- Basic working knowledge of SAP in an EDI environment.
- Basic working knowledge of EDI X12 and EDIFACT documents, though not required
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
