SALARY RANGE: $82,513.60 - $134,867.20 Yearly

General Summary:
The ED Supervising Nurse supports the Senior Nurse Manager in overseeing daily operations of the nursing unit. This role includes performing various ED nursing functions such as triage and charge assignments.

Responsibilities:

Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to policies.

Coordinate patient care and manage resources effectively.

Promote team building and positive interactions.

Maintain knowledge of professional standards and regulations.

Exemplify documentation standards and meet deadlines.

Other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

Registered Nurse with relevant certifications.

Three years of RN experience in a related field.

Preferred:

Master's Degree in Nursing.
