We are seeking a visionary Ecommerce Sales Channels Leader to drive growth and profitability across our digital sales channels. This is a pivotal leadership role, managing a team of six channel managers who act as business owners for their respective ecommerce websites and marketplaces. You will guide their efforts to optimize P&L performance, drive customer-centric innovations, and align with broader marketing and operational strategies.

What you'll do:
Strategic Leadership
- Lead and inspire a team of six channel managers, fostering ownership, collaboration, and accountability for their channels.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase revenue, improve conversion rates, enhance Average Order Value (AOV), and maximize profitability.
- Align channel goals with company-wide objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent growth and scalability.
- Maintain expertise on ecommerce and digital marketing trends to ensure the business remains innovative and competitive.
Employee Development
- Mentor and coach channel managers to take full ownership of their responsibilities and prepare for future leadership roles.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop career growth paths and succession plans for team members to support organizational success.
P&L Ownership and Optimization
- Develop revenue and performance forecasts, setting achievable targets for team members aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Regularly evaluate each channel’s P&L, identifying opportunities to improve margins, optimize pricing, and control costs.
- Partner with channel managers to create action plans to develop and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Merchandising and Conversion Optimization
- Oversee merchandising strategies to improve product presentation, site navigation, and promotional effectiveness.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize conversion rates and enhance overall performance.
- Leverage insights from analytics, heatmaps, and competitive benchmarking to inform data-driven decisions.
Assortment Planning and New Product Development
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align product development initiatives with channel-specific sales goals and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with product design, buying, and operations teams to identify opportunities for expanding and optimizing product assortments.
- Monitor the performance of new products, providing feedback and recommendations for future improvements.
Customer Journey and Experience Design
- Analyze the customer journey end-to-end to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with UX, design, and IT teams to optimize navigation, checkout flows, and post-purchase experiences.
- Use customer insights to develop initiatives that enhance satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.
SEO and Digital Marketing Integration
- Oversee the implementation of SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- Integrate SEO efforts with broader digital marketing initiatives, including email, paid search, social media, and content marketing.
- Monitor and adapt to search algorithm changes and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications
- 5-7+ years in ecommerce channel management, digital marketing, and/or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing multiple teams or channels.
- Proven success in driving growth and profitability through data-driven decision-making and team leadership.
- Deep knowledge of P&L analysis, SEO, direct marketing, pricing strategies, merchandising, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Expertise in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs), ecommerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify), and data reporting tools.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills with a history of building high-performing teams.
