About the Job
An employer is looking for a skilled E-Commerce Product Manager to lead the clients development efforts. You will work closely with the development and design teams to optimize the customer journey through positively impacting the overall e-commerce experience. You will oversee the product roadmap, manage backlogs and create tickets to prioritize development efforts. The product owner will partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define strategic initiatives, prioritize highest impact actions, and generate buy in to bring the initiatives to life. Additional tasks will include developing strategy for merchandising/ conversion rate optimization, define hypotheses for merchandising optimizations for experimental outcomes and translate results into actionable recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years experience on product owner/ manager role
Strong marketing background, working on E-commerce/ digital applications
Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO)
A/B testing experience (Optimizely)
Strong Jira/ Confluence experience
Experience working in Agile/ Scrum
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
QSR experience (Quick service restaurants)
Bilingual- English/ Spanish
Experience working with global teams
