Develop and execute the merchandising strategy aligned with the overall vision of the Dashing Diva brand, enhancing the shopper experience across our eCommerce business
Establish actional plans to drive conversion and AOV through product placement and positioning across online campaigns – display, email, video, LPs, cross-selling, consumer reviews, site search, and ad placement
Oversee site improvements such as sales section and markdown cadence
Partner with product team and marketing team to ensure the most attractive and relevant product assortment and collection with a focus on unique opportunities such as online exclusives, effective cross-sell opportunities, and DTC promotional calendar
Communicate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, a third-party agency, and executive management for various project management
Interpret requirements and create project plans to meet schedule and quality goals with a team of four, including eCommerce operations and customer service

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Marketing, Merchandising or related/equivalent field
5 years’ experience in online merchandising preferably in a DTC environment
Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent written / verbal communication
Possess a high awareness of sales analytics, brand goals for growth and site navigation
Strong understanding of UI, consumer digital shopping behavior
Performance-driven, self-motivated for achievement
