Title: eCommerce Merchandising Coordinator
Location: Midwestern Region (Hybrid: 2-3 Days Onsite)
Description:
The eCommerce Merchandising Coordinator will support the merchandising team by managing product information, optimizing eCommerce listings, and ensuring the accuracy of online product data. This role involves executing merchandising strategies, maintaining the website's functionality, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the online shopping experience and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Product Information Management:
Manage tasks related to the Product Information Management (PIM) system, including product setup, archival, data cleanup, and maintenance.
Ensure clean and accurate product data across all eCommerce listings.
Pricing and Article Management:
Set and optimize pricing for products.
Manage article creation processes to support merchandising initiatives.
eCommerce Optimization:
Maintain and optimize eCommerce product listings, including descriptions, titles, images, and prices using SAP.
Perform SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) cleanup and manage information to enhance on-site experience and SEO.
Continuously review and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Merchandising Strategies and Analysis:
Execute merchandising strategies to meet sales objectives.
Analyze site metrics and related data to identify opportunities for improvement and achieving eCommerce goals.
Collaboration and Customer Support:
Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve inquiries and complaints related to the online shopping experience.
Partner with the Central Digital Support team to maintain website functionality and troubleshoot technical issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related field; or 2+ years of experience in online merchandising, preferably in a direct-to-consumer environment.
Knowledge of web technology platforms and online traffic metrics.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to peers.
Product knowledge of footwear and apparel.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
Desired Skills:
Experience with site merchandising for eCommerce platforms.
Analytical skills to guide on-site merchandising decisions.
