Our client, a CPG company, is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Ecommerce Digital Marketing Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will support the development and implementation of marketing strategies that will increase the online presence and drive traffic and sales to the DTC shopify store, as well as other online marketplace and vendor retail partners (Amazon, Walmart, Target). The ideal candidate will have knowledge in Shopify, eCommerce, and influencer marketing, as well as a strong desire to learn and grow in their digital marketing career.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies that drive traffic and sales to our Shopify eCommerce store.

Direct and hold our agency partners accountable for on-site marketing campaigns at Amazon & Walmart.com.

Work closely with our brand marketing team to ensure digital assets are created within guidelines and delivered timely.

Manage the day-to-day operations of our sales generating marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, influencer marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).

Assist in creating and managing digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.

Research and identify potential influencers, bloggers, and other content creators to promote our products and increase brand awareness.

Analyze and report on the effectiveness of our digital marketing efforts, using tools such as Google Analytics and Shopify analytics to track key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and make recommendations to improve our marketing strategies and tactics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer service, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

Write compelling copy for email campaigns, blog posts, product descriptions, and other marketing materials.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
-
Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
SKILLS
-
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on eCommerce and influencer marketing preferred.

Experience working for or with brands on Amazon & Walmart specific digital media campaigns preferred.

Basic knowledge of Shopify, including experience with Shopify apps and themes.

Familiarity with managing digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.

Basic understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and report on key metrics.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
