About the Job
EnviroScience is seeking a qualified applicant for an Administrative Assistant to assist with invoicing, clerical duties, organization, and coordination of our Ecological Restoration practice area. This position is based at the headquarters office in Stow, Ohio and requires office work. Flexible work schedule is negotiable on a case-by-case basis, but candidate can assume at least three office days per week.
Job responsibilities include:
- Billing / Expenses.
- Editing Communications.
- Meeting Notation.
- Data Entry.
- Organization / File Management.
- Project Tracking / Scheduling Assistance.
- Employee Training / Development Tracking.
- Assist with Organization of Practice Area Meetings.
- Other departmental assistance as needed.
Qualifications:
- The candidate should be an autonomous, motivated individual that can communicate effectively, document work activities, solve problems, and troubleshoot in a consulting environment.
- A strong desire to be part of team should be at the core of the individual’s personality.
Requirements:
- High School diploma & Associate Degree.
- 2 Years+ of work experience performing similar or comparable duties.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Other Desirable Skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office computer programs (i.e.. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, etc.).
- Strong writing capabilities and attention to detail.
- Accounting experience.
- Prior experience with Unanet A/E or similar ERP software.
