Position Summary
The Echocardiography Technician position requires an individual who possesses an extensive knowledge of cardiopulmonary anatomy and physiology. This position, under the supervision of the Medical Director and the Radiology Supervisor, is responsible for performing adult Echocardiograms (Echos). This position also completes initial Echo reports and prepares Echo data for transmission to the reading physicians. The position performs upon the order of a physician or licensed provider, within the scope of services outlined in the departmental policy and procedure manuals.
Minimum Requirements
- Zero to two years related experience
- Required to pass one of the following registries within 6 month of hire date. CCI, RDMS, RDCS or RCVT.
- Associate Degree- or higher.

- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
- On Call: No
- Weekends: No
