What we’re looking for:

• Mid to senior-level associate with at least 5 years of experience in emerging growth and venture capital transactions.
• Experience representing institutional investors and issuers in venture financings.
• M&A experience and general corporate advisory work for startups.
• Prior AmLaw 100 firm experience is preferred.
• Licensed to practice in California.
