Golderg Segalla is a growing law firm, looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join their fast-paced Client Revenue Department as an eBilling Specialist. The eBilling Specialist will be responsible for daily coordination, execution and upkeep of eBilling setups and maintain eBilling workflow. They must be able to communicate professionally with internal and external clients, attorneys and paralegals. Candidate will be working closely with other departments within a large team and should possess good team building skills. They must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

This role offers a hourly rate. The hourly range for this position is $21.00-$26.00. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Expert knowledge of various eBilling vendors
- Knowledge of timekeepers, rates, WIP fees and disbursements
- Knowledge and understanding of client guidelines
- Investigate and research problems and work to resolve in a timely manner
- Prioritize and organize numerous email requests
- Responsible for follow up and completion of assigned tasks
- Assist with special projects and deadlines as needed
- Communicate regularly with clients, attorneys and other office staff regarding problematic issues
- Effectively collaborate with the Billing Process team, Billing Team, and administrative staff to foster a professional and positive team culture while addressing the overall needs of the department
- Understand and perform Aderant functions, including additional applications
- Perform effectively in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
- Demonstrate self-motivation and ownership of assigned work
- Perform administrative work, including but not limited to, outlook, document management, copier, fax and postage machine
- Assist with department training when needed
- Thoroughly and timely address inquiries and concerns while communicating effectively with other team members
- Contribute by recommending actions that would allow for more effective processes in the department
- Additional duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:
- Two (2) years of billing, accounts receivable and/or accounting experience; Intermediate knowledge of computers
- Preferably possesses a strong knowledge of ebilling
- Knowledge and understanding of general accounting policies and procedures.
- Law Firm experience is desirable
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, forward thinking and creative
- Ability to demonstrate self-motivation and ownership of assigned work
- Willingness and ability to function as part of a team
- Perform effectively in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Fluent in Excel and Microsoft Office applications
