Job Title: Stand-Up Forklift Operator

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our team in Marysville, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a stand-up forklift to move materials and products throughout the warehouse. This is a full-time, first shift position offering an hourly wage of $19.25 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to transport materials and products within the warehouse.

• Load and unload trucks, ensuring accuracy and care in handling products.

• Assist with inventory management, ensuring stock is organized and properly rotated.

• Perform routine safety checks on the forklift and other equipment.

• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, following company safety guidelines.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals.

• Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience operating a stand-up forklift is preferred.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to safety.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Schedule:

• Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday)

• Occasional overtime may be required.

Compensation:

• Hourly Pay: $19.25 per hour

Pay Details: $19.25 per week
