ESTIMATOR - SITE DEVELOPMENT
A growing heavy civil and infrastructure construction client of ours is seeking an Estimator with experience in Site Development/Earthwork jobs. The Earthwork Estimator will perform quantity take offs, cost analysis and competitive bidding while utilizing current estimating software. Bidding is typically lump sum, unit rate and cost plus estimates for a broad range of projects.
Requirements for Earthwork Estimator
- College degree related to Construction Management, Estimating, or Engineering.
- Or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of earthwork/sitework estimating or project engineering experience in related field
- Knowledge of construction costs and budgets, assist in developing a project schedule.
- Knowledge of construction practices, techniques and equipment.
- Strong computer skills including experience with MS Office, AGTek and Bluebeam or related estimating software experience
- Ability to work with a team and willing to promote teamwork.
