An amazing new opportunity has come up on our Early Intervention Team! We are looking for an Early Intervention Supervisor to join us full-time and lead our EI department!
Job Summary: Provides formal clinical and administrative supervision related to early intervention (including but not limited to home visiting, family assessment, providing consultation to and working as a part of multi-disciplined team, managing caseload, transition, etc.) to multi-disciplinary clinicians.
Major Responsibilities:
- Provides oversight, training and quality assurance for all state, federal and program mandated documentation including use of and maintenance of Electronic Health Record.
- Completes annual performance appraisals in collaboration with other supervisors and Program Director for program specific clinicians.
- Facilitates meetings as assigned/needed.
- Support clinicians to resolve clinical issues.
- Oversees recommendations for service delivery and levels of service, to clients enrolled in the program.
- Responds to and manages emergency and crisis situations including supporting staff with reports to the Department of Children and Families.
- Acts as a knowledge expert in areas related to early intervention (such as Evaluations, Parents Interacting with Infants, Groups, etc.) as assigned by the Program Director. This includes managing all aspects of the expertise area including staff training, resource development, and/or community outreach.
- Guides clinicians through Early Intervention Certification process.
- Helps coordinate in-service training needs in collaboration with director.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a DPH required category leading to early intervention certification
- Experience working with children under the age of five (5) (preferably infants and toddlers) and families
- If a licensed professional, must maintain Massachusetts licensure

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Job Type: Fulltime
Work Environment: Office and home visiting in the community
Hourly Rate: $39.11
