Are you passionate about helping young children develop their communication skills? We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Early Intervention Speech Therapists to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Pennsylvania Speech and Language Impaired PK-12 certification (Instructional or Educational Specialist type). We will also consider individuals with Pennsylvania Speech Licensure or out-of-state Speech certifications who are willing to obtain Pennsylvania certification. Join us in making a significant impact on the lives of children aged 3-5 years old with developmental delays or disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Speech and Language Therapy: Provide individualized and group therapy sessions to children to improve speech, language, and communication skills.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders and develop appropriate intervention plans.
• Progress Monitoring: Track and document children's progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to meet individual needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, occupational therapists, parents, and other members of the multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive support plans for each child.
• Family Education: Provide guidance and resources to families to support their child's speech and language development at home.
