Position: Early Childhood Lead Pre-K Teacher

Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Lead Pre-K Teacher to foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children aged 4-5 years. The ideal candidate will implement age-appropriate curricula, promote social and emotional development, and engage families in the educational process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with state standards.
• Assess and monitor children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.

• Collaborate with staff and communicate effectively with parents.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; Illinois teaching certification preferred.
