We are actively seeking experienced Software Engineers with a minimum of five years of experience and a range of skills to develop high-quality, real-time embedded software for fielded electronics platforms
As an Early Career Software Manager, you will be a section lead for our interns, Year One, and early career software employees
In addition, you will be responsible for technical execution on various programs and will have the opportunity to lead technical teams
When you become a member of our team, you will work across multiple disciplines and collaborate with Systems, Hardware and Test Engineers to impact all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle

Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Must hold an active Secret clearance or higher + 5 years of experience in software development + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or other scientific degree with strong software content
+ Strong problem-solving skills that translate to working, maintainable software
+ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Experiencein embedded software development
+ Experience in people management + Working knowledge of software tools such as Jira, BitBucket, debuggers, etc + Experience with DO-178 or other defined software process
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $126305 - $214718 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures
However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience
