JOB TITLE: Field Service Engineer I - Semiconductor

SUMMARY: MSR-FSR is a global partner to the high-tech industry seeking an experience Field Service Engineer I to join our growing team. As a Field Service Engineer I you play a crucial role in supporting our clients and the ongoing functions of tools and equipment found in the semiconductor industry.  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Perform on-site service and repair of semiconductor processing equipment

• Troubleshoot equipment problems

• Maintains records and reports as required

• Coordinates activities with peers, supervisors, and customers to minimize equipment downtime and interruptions

• Orders and installs parts

• Responds to emergency service calls as required

• Instructs customer operating technicians on system operation and maintenance

• Represent MSR-FSR professionally while putting the customer first.  

Requirements

POSITION REQUIREMENTS 

• HS Diploma or GED required
• Military background stronly preferred

• Customer service skills with strong communication skills

• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.  

• Previous experience within fields associated with mechanical repair highly preferred
