This EAP Coordinator will be responsible for the development and accuracy of the Resource Referral network, using research, investigative, interviewing, and assessment techniques to locate resources of integrity and quality. This position will also coordinate the facilitation of Vendor services. This position is expected to be able to answer a high volume of calls, document information from each call into the computer system and maintain complete discretion and confidentiality.
Schedule: Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:45 AM – 6:15 PM CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Refer clients to appropriate providers, follow any special contract or client requirements
- Follow any special contract or client requirements
- Be familiar with customer contract deliverables
- Participate in the Complaint Resolution Form process
- Educate clients on service deliverables and promote the corporate image in both telephone and personal contact

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- 1+ years of mental health call center experience, including having the ability to document while conducting a call
- 1+ years of working in a role that requires HIPAA Regulations to be applied
- Reside in a location that can receive an approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet
- Access to a designated quiet workspace in your home (separated from non-workspace areas) with the ability to secure Protected Health Information (PHI)
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Word - create correspondence and work within templates
- Excel - data entry, sort / filter, and work within tables
- Outlook - email and calendar management
- SharePoint - upload documents and general navigation
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a mental health related field
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
- 2+ years of working in a role that requires HIPAA Regulations to be applied

- Ability to interact courteously and professionally with colleagues, internal and external business partners
- Experience in a clinical environment
- Demonstrate understanding of fundamental health-care related terminology, programs, or services
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing

- Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace with accuracy
