As the Operations Assistant, you will be instrumental in driving forward real estate transactions and projects, negotiating with vendors and potential buyers, and spearheading new initiatives. While the role is remote, you will also be responsible for conducting weekly site visits to our rehab properties across the Tampa area and surrounding counties, necessitating flexibility.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Sales Manager, Leads Manager, and Asset Manager(s) as required. Your role will involve providing essential support to streamline day-to-day operations and contribute to the company's growth trajectory.

**Position Details:**
- Full-time
- Remote (Must reside in the Tampa area)
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Foster a "Team First" mentality while adhering to established processes.
- Facilitate property purchase processes by coordinating with sellers, internal teams, title companies, and lenders.
- Manage the rehabilitation process by liaising with existing vendors, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Oversee property disposition efforts, including marketing properties, vetting prospective buyers, and coordinating transactions to completion.
- Assist the Operations Manager with general administrative tasks and support new initiatives as required.
**Success Criteria:**
- Streamlined property coordination processes, leading to reduced involvement from Operations and Sales Managers.
- Establishment of a high-quality buyer list and efficient disposition strategy for wholesale properties.
- Enhanced confidence from the Operations Manager and CEO, evidenced by their reduced involvement in day-to-day administrative tasks.
**Additional Preferences:**
- Preference for candidates residing in Hillsborough or Pinellas County (Pasco/Polk residents will be considered).
- No prior industry experience required; however, experience in fast-paced assisting roles is beneficial.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
- Salary: $55,000 annually
- Quarterly team bonuses based on met goals (up to $10,000 annually)
- Paid vacation
