Eaglewood - Event Bartender - City of North Salt Lake

Job Title: Bartender

Salary: $20/hour plus tips

Schedule: As needed for events

Role: We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Bartender who is able to take control of our banquet services & provide our clients with an amazing experience for their guests. Candidates will have an extensive cocktail, beer, and wine knowledge and make sure our guests feel valued and well taken care of.

Duties:

• Required Utah On-Premises Sips & Tips Training along with a Food Handlers Permit.
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for banquet guests.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks and snacks.
• Extensive knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails.
• Evaluate customer's needs and make recommendations.
• Provide excellent customer service, so guests feel taken care of.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails, prep garnish, and maintain stock levels.
• Plan and prepare drinks menu.
• Check customers' identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age.
• Work closely with kitchen manager to restock & plan bar inventory.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

Additional requirements: Able to walk or stand for long periods. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Job requires the passing of a background and drug test upon job acceptance.
