Primary Job Responsibilities:
• Scopes and completes invoice and supplier data analysis to provide conclusions and identify management decision points including supplier prioritization for invoice digitization, improving system functionality, and other projects as assigned by leadership.
• Performs routine data reconciliations and audits across multiple systems including Coupa, CDK, PeopleSoft, Supplier Management System, and payroll.
• Drives data-based continuous improvements that result in operational efficiencies by making the system and related processes more reliable and predictable.
• Review existing department processes for areas of process improvement.
• Support the internal controls and procedure compliance by analyzing, monitoring, and reporting on metrics related to the procure-to-pay system.
• Trains E-Procurement staff on all system functionalities and company policies related to procure-to-pay processes including managing documentation for future training reference and process improvement.
• Works collaboratively with key stakeholders including IT, Purchasing, Finance, Operations and Accounts Payable.
• Manages additional projects and duties or tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications Required
• BA or BS from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of purchasing and system administration experience
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Open to new projects within own or other departments
• Sets and maintains high-performance standards
• Excellent analytical skills using MS Excel
• Excellent writing and grammar skills, ability to write concisely, clearly, and logically
Qualification Preferred
• Demonstrated experience with Coupa P2P application
• Strong understanding of CXML
• Previous experience resolving P2P vendor problems or issues
• Experience in Purchasing and Contract methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to grasp technology solutions and concepts quickly.
