Campus Ink is a fast-growing e-commerce brand dedicated to providing top-quality products to customers worldwide. We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Operations Manager to optimize our direct-to-consumer (DTC) operations. This individual will play a key role in driving efficiency, managing our growing operations team, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment and product delivery.
Position Overview:
As the E-commerce Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our online store and managing a team of Operations Associates. You will leverage your expertise in e-commerce platforms, shipping tools, and marketplace management to streamline operations, improve customer experience, and implement best practices. Your ability to manage multiple systems and improve processes will be crucial to the success of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of our e-commerce store, ensuring smooth order processing, fulfillment, and timely delivery of products to customers.
- Manage and lead a team of Operations Associates, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time. Provide training and continuous support to team members to drive performance.
- Utilize platforms such as Shopify, Shipstation, SKU Vault, and Order Desk to streamline order processing, manage inventory, and optimize workflow.
- Manage and optimize operations for our Amazon marketplace store, ensuring product listings and order processing are handled efficiently.
- Document and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and best practices across all e-commerce operations. Regularly review and refine SOPs to improve efficiency.
- Manage SKUs in our e-commerce system, ensuring accurate inventory tracking, proper categorization, and organization of products across multiple channels.
- Work closely with the logistics, creative, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations across the business.
Requirements
Experience:
3+ years of experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer operations, with a strong understanding of order fulfillment, inventory management and process delegation
Technical
Expertise in Shipstation, Shopify, Amazon Marketplace, SKU Vault, and Order Desk.
Leadership
Strong experience managing and mentoring teams, with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop team members.
Critical Thinking
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze operational data and make data-driven decisions.
Detail-Oriented
Exceptional attention to detail, especially when managing inventory, SKUs, and order processing systems.
Communication
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes clearly and effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with managing Amazon Marketplace
- Previous experience in a high-growth, fast-paced e-commerce environment
- Experience working with licensed apparel
