E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist
JOB SUMMARY
The E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist provides support to the Sr. Manager in building a top-quality shopping experience and managing our online sales presence across various platforms, including Amazon and Wayfair. This position is responsible for weekly and monthly reporting, providing summary of the available sales data to the Sr. Manager in a timely and accurate manner, and collaborating with internal teams to make continual progress on open projects and tasks.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Familiarity with Amazon Ecosystem, prior experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a similar role supporting Amazon and/or Wayfair accounts or sales account management experience or education strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing shared data sheets in SharePoint and Google Docs.
- Demonstrated ability to perform assigned tasks in Microsoft Excel, and some experience or ability to quickly learn the functions of ecommerce performance dashboards.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES, EXPECTATIONS, AND BEHAVIORS include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assist in day-to-day management of Amazon and Wayfair Accounts, other marketplace sales channels, and agency partnerships.
- Support day to day marketplace operations including reporting on weekly/monthly performance while progressing through larger projects in partnership with department manager.
- Assist with weekly sales and operational reporting for Amazon and other marketplaces.
- Partner with internal teams to monitor all e-commerce accounts daily to minimize account downtime, shipment delays, out of stocks, and any issues with content or pricing.
- Work with company's Merchandising teams to ensure product listings are accurate and optimized with high quality copy, imagery, and videos.
- Lead ad hoc projects to drive sales growth and improve operational processes for the e-commerce business.
- Identify opportunities to maximize product sales on Amazon, Wayfair and other e-commerce sales channels.
- In office attendance is an essential function of this position.

Work Environment:
The typical working conditions for this role include a standard office environment but will frequently spend time in manufacturing and production areas as needed. The role may require occasional travel to other company locations or off-site events.
