E- Commerce Data Entry Specialist - Aequor

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to help with data management and documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy and efficiency in our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage product listing templates for various marketplaces.
• Handle a large database of product SKUs and update information as needed.
• Ensure current online product listings are accurate across different platforms.
• Input information from the database into software for listings.
• Prepare and organize documents for data entry in Excel.
• Review and update data in various systems.
• Report any issues related to data to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Proficient in data entry and basic computer applications.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft programs, especially Excel (including VLOOKUP).
• Experience with e-commerce marketplaces is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to e-commerce tasks.
