Are you an experienced E-Billing Manager looking to take your career to the next level? We are a Top 100 law firm, renowned for our dynamic and innovative approach to legal services, and we're currently seeking a seasoned E-Billing Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering the flexibility of remote work. This role is integral to our Accounting and Finance department, where you will be responsible for overseeing the firm's electronic billing functions and ensuring optimal efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities
As an E-Billing Manager, your core duties will include:
1. Managing the daily operations of the electronic billing system, including the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the system.
2. Working closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely billing.
3. Coordinating with attorneys, clients, and staff to resolve any e-billing issues.
4. Implementing and managing e-billing procedures and policies to ensure compliance with client requirements.
5. Providing training and support to staff on the e-billing system and processes.
6. Regularly reviewing and updating the e-billing system to ensure its efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Preparing and presenting reports on billing activities to senior management.
8. Collaborating with the IT department to ensure seamless integration of the e-billing system with other software and systems.
9. Oversee the billing team's growth and development.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in e-billing management in a large law firm environment.
2. Extensive knowledge and experience with Aderant or Elite software and BillBlast, ebilling Hub.
3. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
4. Exceptional technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office and experience with billing software and systems.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex billing issues.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management.
7. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
8. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
9. A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
