Requirements:

• Self-starter, robust interpersonal skills, team player
• Solid work ethic, ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Retail sales/in-person customer service experience.
• Ambassador of fun.
• Ability to lift-up to 50lbs.

Pedego Atlanta is located in the award-winning Glenwood Park neighborhood, directly on the Atlanta Beltline, at the intersection of the Bill Kennedy Way and Faith Avenue. We are a high volume, full service shop offering sales, demonstration, rentals and customer centric service & repair on the #1 brand of electric bikes. 

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated success in retail sales, with a track record of superior customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills; team player.
• Positive attitude, self-starter, strong work ethic.
• Outdoor / Tourism based business experience is valued.
• General working knowledge of and ability to ride an electric bike.
• Be able to legally drive a company vehicle in GA (including insurance requirements).
• Be able to lift 50 pounds.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Provide positive, fun customer experience while increasing sales revenue.
• Guide customers through the buying and rental experience.
• Operate point of sale system, explain products and accessories, develop a deep understanding of the product and the business.
• Maintain store cleanliness, support store manager & mechanic in receiving, building and displaying new inventory.

 Other information:

• 10- 30 hours/week.
• Requires regular weekend & holiday work.
