Dynatrace Monitoring Engineer / Support at Dexian - Signature Consultants

Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a Dynatrace Monitoring Engineer / Support for an opportunity with a client located in Tempe, AZ.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzes local and wide area network systems, including planning, designing, evaluating, selecting operating systems and protocol suites and configuring communication media
• Resolves interoperability problems to obtain operations across all platforms
• Develops network solutions to maximize and reroute traffic and perform root cause analysis through appropriate commands, specifications, and scripts
• May lead cross functional teams or provide Engineering support. Supports acquisition of standard hardware and software as well as subcontractor services as needed
• Will work as one of the team but focused on site turn up and network migration from Brownfield
• Potentially work with Planning and Engineering to install new equipment for migration
• New router turn up and configuration

Requirements:

• Recent experience in a Monitoring, APM or Observability role working with Dynatrace
• Recent experience with the Event Management module in ServiceNow
• Recent experience with alert tuning, analyzing alerts within ServiceNow and resolving in Dynatrace
• If no Event Management or ITOM experience, highly skilled in ServiceNow or ITIL could work
