Job Summary/Company: A Sparks Group partner in the financial services industry is seeking a Dynamics CRM Developer. As a CRM Developer, you will play a pivotal role in our software development team, ensuring the seamless integration and customization of MS Dynamics CRM to align with the specific needs and processes of the organization. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, particularly with IT, to guarantee the cohesive integration of Dynamics CRM with our core banking systems and member portals. You will actively engage in team collaboration, contributing to the development of cohesive CRM solutions that align with broader development objectives.


Responsibilities:

• A key aspect of your role will involve designing, configuring, and maintaining Dynamics CRM dashboards and reports in collaboration with the development team, empowering the organization with insightful data for informed decision-making. Your expertise in data management and security practices will be crucial in safeguarding member data, coordinating closely with the Cyber team to implement robust measures.
  
  
• Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining open communication channels with stakeholders and various business units, ensuring that their requirements are effectively translated into CRM solutions. Collaborating with the software development team, you will also provide training to IT support teams, ensuring a comprehensive understanding and utilization of the CRM system.
  
  
• Furthermore, as part of your role, you will gather feedback from users, facilitating continuous improvements and enhancements to the CRM system to meet evolving business needs and user expectations. Your proactive engagement and expertise will contribute significantly to the success of our CRM solutions and the overall efficiency of our credit union's operations.

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 development and customization.
• CRM Configurations, plug-ins, Web Resources & Security.
• Proficiency developing custom applications, Dashboards, Forms, Entities, Views, etc. using standard languages and platforms, including the .NET framework, C#, VB Shop , ASP.NET |

This job is Hybrid Remote.

Pay Range: Salary $128,000.00 to $165,000.00
