Job Summary: IES Holdings is seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Environment Manager to oversee the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our Dynamics 365 environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics 365, Azure, and related technologies, with a focus on ensuring system reliability, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Environment Management: Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 environments, including development, testing, and production instances.
- System Administration: Perform regular system administration tasks such as user management, security roles, and data integrity checks.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to ensure high availability and responsiveness.
- Upgrades and Patches: Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and updates to keep the environment current and secure.
- Integration Management: Manage integrations with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365-related issues, working closely with end-users and IT teams.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for data security and privacy.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Dynamics 365 environments, with a strong understanding of Azure and related technologies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Dynamics 365 administration, Azure services, Power Platform, and integration tools.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or similar are preferred.
