About the Job
This role is responsible for advanced administrative management of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform.
This role requires candidates to be permanent U.S. residents living in Washington.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with agile delivery teams, including developers, business analysts, and product owners and scrum masters, to ensure successful implementation and operation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain Dynamics 365, add-ons, and associated business applications.
- Working in concert with Product Engineering and Product Management, deploy, monitor, and maintain Power Platform or other related data environments.
- Coordinate with Product Engineering, Systems Engineering and Product Management to ensure system upgrades and patches to keep the environment up-to-date and secure.
- Maintain subject matter expertise of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 data model and participate as a data steward for that platform in all company data stewardship and governance processes and practices.
- Configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 native and connected applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Ensure that the platform configuration complies with all security policies and standards to ensure data integrity and protect against unauthorized access.
- Collaborate with Systems Engineering to ensure that all system backups are complete and participate in all required business continuity and disaster recovery activities for the platform.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement performance-tuning strategies to enhance system responsiveness.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing inquiries related to Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
- Provide technical support for relevant data platform and integration requirements for D365.
- Collaborate across IT and business departments to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Stay current with emerging trends, advancements, and best practices in Microsoft Power Platform and other relevant technologies and assess their applicability to our organization's architecture.
- Collaborate with security and engineering teams to ensure adherence to data privacy, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize existing processes and systems using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features.
- Develop technical and user documentation and content as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA) in business, project management, or information management or equivalent experience
- 3+ years’ Dynamics 365 Administration experience
- Experience working on multi-disciplinary teams under an Agile continuous delivery model
- Experience in a DevOps release management environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated experience with both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methods
- CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- Industry certification such as PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma
- Relevant Microsoft D365 Supply Chain and ERP certifications preferred

- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform administration
- Skilled at liaising with stakeholders at all levels
- Possess the ability to translate technical information into business terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact.
- Proficient at all aspects of user and license management.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders in Dynamics 365 product visioning and prioritization sessions to define and articulate features and functions to meet business objectives.
- Data management skills to improve Dynamics 365 data quality
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Highly effective facilitation and project management skill sets.
- Ability to establish, nurture, and optimize key internal and external partnerships and influence organizational change.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical environment is typical of a standard office space. It requires the employee to work inside for the duration of work. Must be able to remain in a stationary position, sitting for more than 50% of the time. This position will require occasionally moving about inside the office to access equipment, cabinets, etc. May work around office equipment which could be noisy, such as copiers and fax machines.
