DVM/VMD Mentorship Program - MBC Talent Connections

Join our structured Mentorship Program, tailored to support new veterinarians as they transition from school to a thriving clinical career. This immersive program combines hands-on skill-building with guidance from an experienced mentor while allowing you to handle cases independently. Participants progress with a national cohort, providing peer mentorship and a lasting professional network. A full-time position will be offered at the program's conclusion, extending mentorship support.

Who Should Apply?

• Recent veterinary graduates passionate about practicing quality medicine while gaining on-the-job experience
• New DVMs exploring career paths in both General Practice (GP) and Emergency (ER) medicine

Program Structure:

• Full-time position with flexible mentorship tracks: 6 months (3 months in GP, 3 months in ER) or a focused 3-month mentorship in either GP or ER
• Compensation: $115,000 base salary, plus production incentives
• Benefits: Comprehensive package, relocation support, and housing stipend during mentorship

About the Team: Our Winston-Salem location offers a collaborative, fun, and relaxed atmosphere, with a team that includes ER doctors and board-certified specialists. The facility is equipped with advanced diagnostics, including MRI, CT, digital radiographs, and endoscopy. Participants work approximately 12 shifts per month, balanced for ample time to enjoy life outside work.
