Job Description
Crew Members deliver positive guest experiences while preparing food and beverages according to operational and quality standards to all our guests. Will be working as a team in a fast-paced environment giving guests a reason to return.
Responsibilities
- Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service.
- Anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations.
- Operates coffee, sandwich, and other equipment.
- POS transactions include entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy.
- Maintains clean workstations and guest areas.
- Follows direction, works well and interacts with others respectfully.
Operational Standards
- Comply with all restaurant's, brand and franchisee policies and procedures.
- Resolve guest issues quickly and with a sense of urgency.
- Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws.
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Capable of counting money and making change
- Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
