WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE
Normal working hours go from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm on weekdays. Some weekend shifts and on-call hours may be required to ensure 24-hour coverage.
As our Dual Property General Manager, you inspire excellence amongst your hospitality team and skillfully oversee our daily operations to help our two locations reach the next level. You're responsible for the guest experiences, staff performance, and financial stability of the Hilton Garden Inn and Davis Conference Center. By analyzing our processes and implementing effective new improvement strategies, you foster happiness among our guests, employees, and stakeholders. You manage every aspect of these locations, including property amenities, guest satisfaction, staff operations, and financial strength.
Your leadership ensures positive, seamless guest experiences and helps enhance our economic impact on the region. You empower your hospitality team to do their best, coaching and motivating them to deliver outstanding customer service. Adhering to our Western States' values and culture, you develop strategies for driving profitability and inspiring continuous improvement. You take accountability for your success and do whatever you can to improve the performance of our two properties!

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM OUR DUAL PROPERTY GENERAL MANAGER?
- 4-year degree
- 5+ years of general hotel management experience
- Conference center management experience is a must
- Food and beverage (F&B) management experience
- Profit and loss (P&L) management experience
