What does a Shift Leader do?
Our Direct Support Coordinators provide care to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and strive to increase the independence and personal growth of the people we support while helping them reach their full potential.
Additional Shift Leader Responsibilities:
Team Leaders ensure that critical medical and program information is effectively communicated to the staff on shift, offering guidance and direction as necessary in delivering care to the people we support.
Qualifications
- One year of experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Valid NYS driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience is required.
