We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects, particularly focusing on drywall installation and related systems. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while managing team members and subcontractors effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and close projects according to deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and costs effectively.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Lead project meetings and communicate progress to team members and clients.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of drywall installation and systems.
- Familiarity with acoustical ceilings and fireproofing techniques is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
