Drywall Estimator - Drywall, Estimator, Commercial Drywall - CyberCoders

We are a reputable commercial drywall subcontractor serving Central Florida and are on the lookout for a skilled Drywall Estimator and Senior Estimator to join our team at our Orlando and Tampa offices. we are looking for Estimators as well as Senior Estimators in these locations. This role requires full-time, in-office work.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-bid site visits
• Compile and organize bid documentation
• Develop strategies to gain a competitive edge in bidding
• Pinpoint cost-saving opportunities and suggest value engineering options
• Manage a database with historical cost data for labor and equipment rates
• Provide guidance and support to junior estimators and interns
• Create high-level proposal timelines using critical path scheduling tools
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in estimating
• Expertise in commercial drywall, metal stud framing, and acoustical ceilings
• Knowledge of EDGE or OST software (preferred)
• Experience managing projects worth $100k+
• Strong skills in mathematics, organization, and communication
