DRY UTILITY SCHEDULING COORDINATOR
Job description
We are looking for a skilled Construction Coordinator to undertake scheduling multiple crews and jobs while providing excellent customer service through communication.
This is NOT a remote position. It is full-time in an office.
An excellent coordinator is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.
The goal is to ensure that crew schedules are efficient and builder schedule dates are met.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Following office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Maintaining emails and scheduling software daily.
- Support job supervisors by verifying daily production and setting and communicating job schedules.
- Communicate with customers
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Data entry accuracy and speed
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Reliable with patience and professionalism
- Can navigate through Excel
- Bilingual a plus
Pay: $20.00+ per hour (based on experience)
