We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dry Blending Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring blending equipment to produce high-quality dry blends in accordance with established formulas and safety standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to quality protocols, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Operate and monitor dry blending equipment to ensure proper mixing of ingredients according to specified formulas.
• Measure and weigh raw materials accurately using scales and other measuring tools.
• Follow detailed batch instructions to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on blended products, including verifying weights, textures, and consistency.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch numbers, material usage, and any deviations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Clean and sanitize blending equipment and work areas to maintain a clean and safe production environment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate problems to maintenance or supervisory staff as needed.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring raw material levels and reporting shortages.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and deadlines.
