My name is Shalini, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Drug Manufacturing Technician for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Des Plaines, IL 

Title: Drug Manufacturing Technician
Location: Des Plaines, IL
Duration: 12 Months Contract (Strong possibility for extension based on budget and performance)
Hourly Rate on W2: $22.40
Shift: 2nd shift: 2pm-10:30pm
3rd shift:10pm-6:30am

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for proper maintenance and operation of drug manufacturing equipment.
• Accurately weighing raw materials and active ingredients and combining them into a blend.
• Keeps the equipment and facility clean and in a state of good repair.
• Participates in the completion of work orders, including batch record documentation per cGMP (current good manufacturing process).
• Accurately follows and completes documentation with minimal errors or corrections. Completes training, including cGMP and safety training in a timely manner.
• Must be able to work alone or in a team and can follow procedures exactly.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Entry level HSD or GED equivelant required.
• CGMP/GMP experience
• Maintenance of equipment
