Job Description

As a DRAM Product Engineer working in the Global Alignment team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the validation/ product development/ business process learning is propagated across DRAM technologies. You will collaborate various DRAM DEG technology pillars (Compute, Mobile, Graphics, HBM) to prioritize cross-portfolio lessons learnt propagation.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Drive Global Alignment efforts across DRAM portfolio.
• Drive data collection and analysis to support fanning-in and fanning-out of Best-Known Method (BKM) across DRAM organization.
• Consolidate and document all alignment activity and broadcast of changes in regular cadence
• Collaborate with key DRAM DEG functional leaders to implement cross-technology alignment

Preferred Experience:

3 years or more expert Level DRAM understanding, DRAM Process Experience, Circuit Simulation using Cadence or other industry standard tools, Course work in VLSI, semiconductor process, and C/C++ is a plus.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering or a related field of study
