We're excited to present a fantastic opportunity to work with a growing architectural firm of 15 professionals, where your design expertise will directly impact projects from concept to construction documents. Located in Pelham, New York, this role offers growth potential and flexibility, including occasional work-from-home options after an initial in-office period.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Draftsman/Designer position include:

Degree in Architecture (no licensure required)
3-7 years of experience in drafting and design, with a focus on commercial façade projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Ability to take projects from concept to construction documents (CDs)
Some fieldwork may be required occasionally
Collaborate with and work under two experienced architects
Flexibility in work hours, with opportunities to work from home occasionally
Participate in both office and field work as needed

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
