Job Description Summary: Join our team as a Drafting Specialist, where you'll create detailed technical drawings and plans using Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk Revit, and Autodesk Advance Steel. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with engineers, project managers, and fabricators to ensure the accuracy and quality of all drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Drawings: Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings and models for crane and structural engineering projects.

• Collaborate: Work with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications.

• Ensure Compliance: Make sure all drawings comply with industry standards and company guidelines, including approval and fabrication drawings.

• Review and Revise: Update drawings based on feedback from engineers and clients.

• Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of all drawings and revisions.

• Documentation: Assist in preparing project documentation and reports.

• Technical Support: Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Software Proficiency: Skilled in Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk Revit, and Autodesk Advance Steel.

• Education: Associate’s degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field.

• Experience: 2 years in a drafting role. Knowledge of structural engineering or fabrication industry preferred.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and fabrication processes.

• Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
